Frequently asked questions
Answers to the most common questions about server listings.
TeamSpeak server listing help
How do I add my server?
Go to Add Server, enter the server address and ports, then check the details and confirm the listing.
Can I enter an IP address?
Yes. You can use either a domain name or an IPv4 address. Make sure you enter the correct client and ServerQuery ports.
Which IP should I whitelist?
Allow 92.112.125.46 through your firewall and add it to the TeamSpeak ServerQuery whitelist. We cannot check your server if this address is blocked.
Which ports need to be open?
We need access to the client port and the ServerQuery port. These are usually UDP 9987 and TCP 10011, although your host may use different ports.
I have changed my ServerQuery port. How do I update it?
- Find your server in the list and click the report icon.
- Select Server query changed.
- Enter the new port, such as 10011. You can also enter an address such as query.example.com:10011.
- Click Submit report.
We will test the new port first. If the old one is no longer working and the new one responds on the same server, the listing will be updated straight away.
What happens once the new query port works?
We save the new port and refresh the server. The report is then closed automatically, so there is nothing else you need to do.
Why was the query port not changed?
We will not replace a working query port. The change will also fail if the new port does not respond or the hostname points to another server. Your report will stay open for an administrator to check.
Do I need an account?
No. You can browse the list, view server details and add a server without signing in.
How often are listings updated?
Server status, online users and other public details are checked automatically. The figures may be a few minutes behind the live server.
Why is my server showing as offline?
The server may be down, the query port may have changed, or our IP may be blocked. Check the port and whitelist first, then send a report from the server list.
Why is the ServerQuery connection blocked?
Check your firewall, query whitelist and flood protection settings. Confirm that 92.112.125.46 is allowed and that the query port is correct.
Why are some details missing?
We can only show information that your ServerQuery permissions allow us to read. Private or restricted fields are left out.
